APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

SWUN usually enrolls students during the spring and autumn terms. New terms begin at the beginning of March for the spring, and early September for the fall terms. Applicants may request application forms from the International Office of the University one to three months in advance.

GENERAL SCHOLAR

Please turn in the following documents to Foreign Student Office. The materials mentioned can be emailed to the Foreign Students Office beforehand when making the application at swun@admissions.cn

1.Completed application form
  You can get the application form in one of three ways:
  Get the form from the Foreign Students Office
  Email the Foreign Students Office to request the form swun@admissions.cn
2.A copy of your passport
3.A copy of your visa
4.Passport photos (6)
5.Accommodation Registration Form for Aliens
  Go to get from the local P.S.B., also need to have your address in Chinese.
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form
  Only for those born before 1970 and applying for a one year visa

7.Certification of Completion
  If you have completed study some else in China

DEGREE SCHOLAR

The students who want to apply degree study should also send us the following documents beside steps 1-7 listed above. The original papers can be submitted to the office when the student arrives

1.All documents for general scholar applications
2.Notarized degree certificates and official transcripts (required for undergraduate candidates)
3.Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors (only required for graduate candidates)
4.HSK Scores
  At time of application you do not need to have a HSK score but must have the score before you enroll.
